Background and Aim : Any planning including health planning, social planning, etc. requires accurate information on the size of target populations. Because of the obscenity of the practice of prostitution and addiction in our society, women addicted and sex worker are hidden in the population and their number is unknown. The purpose of the study is to estimate the number of addicted and sex worker women using the Capture-recapture in the Zahedan city. Methods : In this study, capture-recapture method was used to estimate population. The area of the city where the concentration of harm reduction centers and the vulnerable women s counseling center were located; divided into three geographic regions. In this way, three independent data sources were selected to collect data. The data collected was integrated into Excel software, and items shared between the three sources were identified using this software. Finally, the data were analyzed using STATA software using the Log Linear model. Results : after reviewing and eliminating repetitive cases and taking into account joint cases, a total of 417 addicted women in the time period of 1395 and the first six months of 1396 at the harm reduction centers and the vulnerable women s counseling center in three regions The designated geographic area has been filed. Using the log-linear model, the best estimate for the total number of women addict and prostitute in Zahedan is 2210(1543-3414)people.Conclusion : The study found that a significant number of women were involved with these social injuries. More than 80 percent of the population is hiding in this study. Without knowing the number of people, planning to reduce these social damages is almost inevitable
