Background and Aim : Deviations such as addiction and prostitution in women not only lead to the collapse of the foundation of the family and the shakiness of the ethical foundations of society, but also to the spread of various physical and mental illnesses, and ultimately the health of society is destroyed. The purpose of this study is to explore the factors affecting women s tendency to these deviations. Identifying these factors is very important as a first step towards action against this problem.Methods : This is a qualitative research that was conducted in a content analysis method. The women who came to the vulnerable women s counseling center who had a history of addiction and prostitution were participants to the study. Women could enter this study, which, in addition to having a good general presence in the interview, was rich in information and they tended to share this information with the researcher. Data were collected through purposive sampling to reach the saturation point by conducting 15 semi-structured deep individual interviews. Data analysis was performed simultaneously with data collection. The text of the first interview was carried out in Word 2010 environment and this process was conducted in all interviews. Results : The result of this research is the discovery of conceptual classes as risk factors for the start and expansion of addiction and prostitution, including life styles, individual factors, and non-individual factors. The most important cause of drug abuse and its spread in women were life with addicted people, financial problems and poverty, and the most important factor in the tendency to prostitution and its expand were Addiction and financial need to provide drugs. Conclusion : One of the measures that should be taken for these individuals is the teaching of income-generating skills, encouraging people to engage in economic activities, trying to work and supporting for financial independence of vulnerable women, and reviving and strengthening religious ethical beliefs.
