Background and Aim : Background and Aims: substance use and it unpleasant consequences is the most important social concerns and is one of the worst social problems and has long been considered to have attracted mental health professionals that the treatment is requires consider of different Predisposing and maintaining factors and combination interventions. The aim of this study is to examine the effects of the of matrix and commitment and acceptance therapy on cocaine addicts. Methods : This research is Experimental with pretest and post- test with control group. The study sample included all cocaine abusers that were in the Shiraz city addiction rehabilitation center that were receiving maintenance treatment services, that for entering the study 40 people of them were selected by available sampling method. Stimulant Relapse Risk Scale (SRRS), questionnaire were used for data collection. The gathered data were analyzed by means of Univariate analysis of variance (ANCOVA).Results : Results: The results showed that the commitment and acceptance therapy significantly are responsible for reduced the Stimulant Relapse Risk, tempting ideas and craving for amphetamine in cocaine addicts. Conclusion : Conclusion: The addicts Due to environmental and personal factors such as (experiential avoidance or the beliefs and attitudes positive towards substance use...) are placed exposed to increased use, relapse risks of stimulant drugs and slipping after opioid withdrawn based therapy and acceptance and commitment by increasing acceptance and flexibility and reduce frustration and emotional coping style and avoidant, reduce the opinions tempting temptation and relapse risk stimulant drugs in these people and prevent the start of the cycle of use.
