Advances in nursing and medical education have led traditional methods to advanced education to become clinically practiced in a safe environment. In health education, simulation has become increasingly popular over the last few years and is a useful way to improve experiential learning space and simulation development as an educational tool for health care. Several studies have reported on the effectiveness of simulation-based clinical skills training to improve performance, knowledge and improve critical thinking, self-esteem. Providing a simulated Clinical environment is the best way to prevent medical errors and to control any damage to the patient. One of the reasons for using the simulation technique is that there may be deficiency of a clinical environment that will provide less opportunities for learning clinical skills Provide.Conclusion : Educational technology aims to facilitate learning and improve performance.
