چکیده مقاله:

Islam is a complete religion which includes every kind of law in all aspects of life and about foods too. Lots of people consume halal foods in the world so the market of these foods have being grown in high speed. The vital principles of halal foods are mentioned in holy Quran and just some of foods obtained from animals are forbidden to consume. For instance: pork meat, dead meat, blood, meat of wild animals, animals died by strangulation, alcoholic drinks. The rest of foods which are not mentioned in Quran or Hadith, is permitted to eat. Halal foods are not only what we eat during our life but also they include our life style and the way of considering. The word of halal food have to be written on their packaging. Halal certification assures Muslims to use them without feeling of unease. Halal certification makes imports and exports of halal products easier since it can be a symbol of quality for Muslims. The certification arranged by Islamic organizations and they include many professional food experts for monitoring process, quality of products, storage, every segments in their businesses and also have responsibility for keeping slaughtering of animals under supervision. Halal logo is authentic and trustworthy verification. Additionally, some researches show in many countries such as Malaysia, Muslims even do not process foods providing that halal logo is not printed on their packaging .This subject provides safety and security for people all over the world. halal sustainbility and challenges are very important topic and it’s not just to explore the market option, that is one key for it only there are many other factors as well which seems very little now but when they will get rooted more and more deep by passing time then in future halal industrialization will feel too many troubles to deal with them. So many future problem with in halal industrialization and food chain can affect approximately 1.5 billion people at globe with serve risk of starvations and downfalls into economic situations as they only want to consume, buy, sell halal. Muslims can rely on these industrial confirmations hence, the higher quality that halal foods get, the bigger market that ownerships of industries achieve.
