چکیده مقاله:
Objectives: Breast cancer is the second most common cancer worldwide. Breast cancer patient often experience high level of distress as a result depression and anxiety increase. Patients are choosing to deal with these stresses. The purpose of this study was to examine which way woman with breast cancer choose to reduce their stress.Methods: We conducted a scoping review to summarize a breadth of evidence on way to reduce stress in woman whit breast cancer.Using the Mesh(Medical Subject Heading)and Text word (breast cancer, stress)were identified Keyword and in databases,SID,Pubmed, Google scholar,science Direct using base search strategy, literature search was conducted. Finally, 10 articles were studied from 2010-2018, of which articles were evaluated that were RCT ،descriptive and review study. Results:According to information obtained from studies have found that most common concerns of breast cancer survivors are the worries related to their health status, womanhood, job situation, their general roles in the family, living with uncertainty, and the probability of death also these patients suffer from some psychological problems, such as anxiety, depression, fear of recurrence of the cancer, and worries about their family and future, so they need appropriate intervention. Intervention in breast cancers is religion (pray, reading Quran...), quality of life (exercise, diet…), Positive thinking (yoga, mediation…), Using support (psychiatrist, psychologist…) that total intervention is calling Coping Strategies. Conclusion:Breast cancer patient, depending on their living conditions, choose one of the interventions that ultimately reduce their stress.
