چکیده مقاله:

Introduction:Victims of sexual abuse, as a result of the discovery, experience secondary damage. Their efforts to integrate their personal experiences with the facts of the outer world are attacked by infidelity, blaming and rejecting them from adults. Most studies show that women are 3 times more likely to be harassed than men. This essay aims to investigate the association of child abuse with mental disorders inadulthood is designed Methodology:In this review, using the keywords of child abuse, mental disorders, sexual harassment at international databases Pubmed science_direc google_scholar web of science Sid magiran The search has been carried out. 70 papers have been extracted. After evaluating the entry and exit criteria, 10 articles were deleted based on the Prisma checklist. Finally, 50 articles were listed from 2000 to 2018, and their fields were extracted.Findings:However, our studies have a series of reporting constraints, and given the differences in methodology and definition, quantitative comparisons are possible between countries. However, all countries clearly acknowledge sexual abuse as an international problem. In many studies, it has been shown that in people who have been sexually abused in childhood, the symptoms of depression, common life instability, low self-efficacy and decreased Emotions have been seen. These findings do not include sexual weakness in adulthood. Also, symptoms of unwanted frustration are more likely to be due to depression, frustration, unwarranted anxiety, reduced sexual satisfaction and an increase in the percentage of prostitution. It should be noted that these symptoms are in women who later reported rape more has been the additionof children older than 9 years old raped are at risk of mental health problems in adulthood Behavioral.Conclusion:Since rapid identification of children in childhood is an important component in managing risk factors in these people, trusting the child to avoid lying charges of unpardonable prejudices, such behaviors are important to adults for the protection and recovery of the child, making the child more profoundly tricky It leads to self-sufficiency and the revival of lifestyle. Conversely, supporting a specialist in a supportive care network can provide the child s vital credibility
