چکیده مقاله:

The purpose of this study is to examine the role of procedural justice, psychologicalempowerment, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on the relationship betweentransformational leadership and turnover intention. Data from 117 employees were collectedfrom some educational organizations located in Semnan, Iran. The impact of transformationalleadership on procedural justice, all dimensions of psychological empowerment,organizational commitment, job satisfaction and turnover intention was proved in this study.In addition, procedural justice influenced turnover intention directly and indirectly, throughthe mediating role of some dimensions of psychological empowerment, organizationalcommitment and job satisfaction.This study contributes to the literature by examining therelationships among transformational leadership, procedural justice, all dimensions ofpsychological empowerment, organizational commitment, job satisfaction and turnoverintention in the Iranian context. Implication for both researchers and practitioners is alsodiscussed in detail. Transformational leadership behaviors should be further considered byleaders and training should include programs that educate future leaders about proceduraljustice and how it relates to behaviors of followers, especially in terms of empowerment,satisfaction and commitment.
