چکیده مقاله:

The goal of this paper is to investigate the effect of reinforced particles distribution in a functionally graded plate on heat transfer analysis. Considering the FG components variation in the plate thickness, the constant temperature applied on a surface of the FG plate while it is recorded on the other surface. Before the steady-state condition, the captured temperatures as a function of the time are used to characterize the FGM power fraction distribution indices. Assuming aluminum and alumina as components of FGM, the power-law function for FG distribution is employed to simulate the heat transfer problem in the ABAQUS FE software. The results prove that in the range of 2 to 5 sec for these FGM components the captured temperatures is unique for each power fraction indices. Four different power fraction indices scrutinized in the heat transfer analysis in order to investigate the gradient temperatures field in the FGM plate thickness. Besides, the parametric investigation of surface temperatures in the fifth sec can give the approximate evaluation of power fraction indices. In addition, an increment in the surface temperature observed by increasing power fraction indices from zero. Since the surface temperature for each power fraction distribution indices is unique, conducting an experimental test to evaluate FGM power fraction indices can be suggested.
