چکیده مقاله:
Monodisperse colloidal Au nanoparticles are prepared in two microemulsions. In first step of our work, for preparation of microemulsion, a solution consisting of Isooctane as the oil phase/ Sodium bis (2- ethylhexyl) sulfoccinate (AOT) as the surfactant was prepared. To this reverse micellar system, aqueous phases were added in the form of two solutions of N2H5OH, the reducing agent, and HAuCl4.3H2O as the gold precursor. Inaddition the effect of two important parameters, w (the molar ratio of water to surfactant) and C (gold precursor concentration), on particle size, shape and particle size distribution was studied. w and C were varied in the range of 12-20 and 0.01-0.05M, respectively. The particle size, particle size distribution, morphology of colloidal gold nanoparticles and influence of w and C on the shape and size of nanoparticles were determined by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and energy-dispersive X-ray analysis (EDX). Depending on w and C, TEM results indicated that the pure nanoparticles of Au (6-14 nm) were obtained with fcc structure and spherical shape.
