چکیده
Introduction & Aim: Breast cancer is one of the diseases that causes a large number of victims every year. The disease is 99.5% in women and 1.5% in men. According to the Department of Health s Disease Control Center, breast cancer is among the first. This figure is reported at 86.1%, 27.15% . The aim of this study was to determine the status of breast cancer screening in Tabriz University of Medical Sciences in the 9 months of 1396 . materials and methods This study is a descriptive cross-sectional study whose data have been extracted and analyzed using Apple software . Results: Based on the results, a survey of 19,504 people, about 98% of women, has screened for breast cancer, 3.89% of which are suspected and needy, and 0.03% need follow-up . Discussion and conclusion: Because women are at the forefront of cancer detection or pre-cancerous injury, with effective and effective screening that is currently the most effective method for detecting breast cancer, women can play an important role in reducing the risk of infection and death.
