چکیده مقاله:

RNA Interference (RNAi) is a specific process in which microRNA molecules inhibit gene expression in the post-transcriptional stage [4]. Viral hepatitis B infection is considered as one of the most important viral diseases and complete elimination of the virus from the body is difficult [1]. The outcome of Clinical trial investigations of drugs against hepatitis B virus did not result in same as in-vitro experiments and also side effects and resistance of such drugs should be considered [2,3]. Therefore, proposing a new therapeutic method seems worthwhile. RNAi can be applied as a potential approach against Mobile Genetic Elements like transposons and also many viral diseases like hepatitis and AIDS. The aim of the present study is to describe the RNAi mechanism and therapeutic aspects of hepatitis B treatment. We also recommend some bioinformatics tools for the prediction of miRNA interactions.
