چکیده مقاله:

Enzyme stabilization was carried out to increase the stability of the enzyme s structure under the difficult industrial conditions, the possibility of reusing and enzyme bioreactors stabilized with continuous system. This process is a powerful tool for improving enzyme properties such as stability and reusability. One of the most important materials used in recent years is nanostructures. The aim of the present review paper is to identify the best nanostructures used to the enzyme regarding the studies conducted over the past ten years. This research is a systematic review study that investigates the use of various nanostructures in the enzyme stabilization process. The studies were extracted from databases PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar between 2007 and 2017.The results of this study showed that nanostructures, due to increased surface-to-volume ratio compared to bulk materials, have a better efficiency in increasing the amount of stabilization in enzyme stabilization process. On the other hand, among the various nanostructures, enzyme stabilization on magnetic nanoparticles enables separation of the enzyme from the reaction medium by magnetic field, which itself resolves the major problem in separating the product and the enzyme at the end of the process. Characteristics such as high thermal and electrical transfer, high surface ratio, and the possibility of mounting an enzyme compound with various functional groups, including the properties of carbon nanostructures mentioned in the context of the successful fixation of the enzyme. Among the major disadvantages of the stabilization nanostructures mentioned in the studies, one can refer to high toxicity of nanostructures, a significant reduction in the activity of some of the stabilized enzymes due to the involvement of more than the nano substrate and the enzyme inhibition of the substrate on the activity of the enzyme as non-competitive inhibition. The most important process used to increase the positive properties and to overcome the limitations of nanostructures in all studies was operating with different functional groups. The results showed magnetic nanoparticles and carbon nanostructures in particular, can be used as a suitable substrate in the enzyme stabilization
