چکیده مقاله:

The village of Zarkak, one of the villages of Fariman in Khorasan Razavi province, has become one of the most important destinations for rural tourism in recent years due to the benefits of natural attractions. Tourism has a lot of consequences for the local people in the village. The present study examines the economic effects of tourism on the lives of the villagers. 100 questionnaires were analyzed through interviews with local people, whose results indicated that the local economy was booming, job creation, and the welfare gains from tourism development. In general, the positive economic effects of tourism in the village of Zarkak are more than the negative effects of it. Of course, with the participation of the general public in planning and training, it can increase the tourist s benefits and reduce the disadvantages
