The globalization of business and the internationalization of communications have led to the creation of growing crises in the era and tourism, an industry that is vulnerable to crises such as natural disasters, epidemics, terrorist attacks, and so on. Is. The nature of the tourism crisis can be defined as any event that threatens the natural function of the tourist s destination and disrupts tourism or threatens the safety of tourists. The purpose of this paper is to provide a flexible approach and manage the tourism crisis with an emphasis on security in Kerman. The present research is aimed at applying a combination of exploratory and exploratory methods based on a futuristic approach that has been implemented using a combination of quantitative and qualitative models. The method of data collection is library and field studies. Structural analysis and Delphi technique are used in this research. The software used in this study is MIC MAC software and ARC GIS software. The results showed that the indicators of organizations and elements related to crisis management and its functioning, the existence of crime, the impact of media and advertising on the crisis, the existence of environmental pollution, and the role of institutions in coping with crisis management, are the most important key drivers of flexibility and management of the tourism crisis.
