Psychoanalysis of Sigmund Freud on portrait of the artist as a young man

James Joyce as a forerunner of modernist era, applied new aspects intohis works Chiefly in portrait of the artist as a young man. It came out to resist traditional beliefs, style, narrator and attitudes. It was also the embodiement of deconstructing known features as a part of a literary revolt thatone day they were used in a coherent universe. Joyce strongly insisted on self realization as a part of national identity and made later writers follow new rules. Subjectivity over objectivity encompassed the whole literature of time, to be aimed at a single character and his or her intellectual improvements through the novel of eduacation. Joyce in each story to some extent pursued a specially structuralist rules that distinguished them from other literary works.The prime focus of this thesis Is on Psychoanalysis of Sigmund Freud and its effects on portrait in terms of revelation.
