Structuralization of the Concept of Time in Persian Language According to Cognitive Linguistics

The aim of this paper is to study and analyze the temporal concepts in Persian structure. Thisstudy has been done on the basis of cognitive linguistics. In this analytic-descriptive study,some dynamic verbs, temporal words, adverbs of time and temporal prepositions were chosenand also examples of personifications, simile, and metaphor were provided.Deductions were made that human is the central point in studying the temporal conceptsbecause human is sometimes the source and sometimes the target for the movement oftemporal concepts.
