چکیده مقاله:
Monitoring and management of industrial waste is one of the ways to reduce the effects of industrial pollution in the environment. One of the largest active industries in Iran is steel industry. The most important environmental problems of this industry are the waste generated during the steelmaking process. The use of waste materials as raw materials for the synthesis of geopolymers will reduce the waste of the mine and optimize its use. In the present work, the stainless steel waste was used as a suitable substitute for cement for the preparation of geopolitical concrete. In order to optimize the parameters affecting the geopolymerisation process, the surface response method (RSD) was successfully applied. The surface response method (RSM) is based on a center composite (CCD). The CCD design was successful to optimize the strength of the geopolymer concrete by replacing the Sirjan pozzolan. The variables of pozzolan and cement percentage were evaluated and the second-order variance (ANOVA) analysis showed that the predicted values are in good agreement with the experimental data.
