چکیده مقاله:

Introduction: Cardiovascular diseases are the most important causes of disability and death in the world. Inthe development of cardiovascular disease, many factors, including high blood pressure, high blood fat, overweight and obesity, smoking, diabetes, inadequate physical activity, and inappropriate diet are involved.Since women today die more than cardiovascular diseases more than men, the aim of this study was todetermine the knowledge and performance of cardiovascular risk factors in Iranian women.Method: This systematic review study conducted on the scientific sites Google scholar, magiran,Sid, PubMed and iranmedex and Scientific Networks with the keywords of knowledge, performance, cardiovascular disease and women in Persian and English during 2000-2018.Became In this study, 36 descriptive and analytical articles have been used. Results: The results of various studies showed that women s knowledge score was higher thanaverage, and the most important source for their information was visual and auditory medias.Among the factors that women referred to as a risk factor for heart disease were smoking, stress, obesity, high blood fat, and fat intake. Despite the high awareness of women about the effect ofexercise on reducing cardiovascular disease (90%), their performance was low. Also, regardingthe nutrition, the results of women s awareness of the complications of solid oil, the usefulness offish and the harmfulness of salt was relatively high, but the effect of women was reversed. Also, there was a significant relationship between the knowledge score of women with age andeducation and the use of visual and auditory medias. We did not find any significant correlationbetween knowledge about nutrition and blood glucose, blood pressure, cholesterol andperformance. Conclusion: Considering the results of women, there was a good knowledge aboutcardiovascular risk factors but they were poor in terms of performance. Therefore, it can be saidthat knowledge and knowledge alone can not guarantee the performance of individuals andinterventions to promote health behaviors are necessary.
