چکیده مقاله:

In exploiting the power system, the most important factor for having a stable and reliable system is the constant balance between production and power consumption. Because under these conditions only one can maintain the system within the permissible range and maintain network security. Since the energy of electricity is high and cannot be saved at a high cost, so at any moment, the amount of power generated in the system must be equal to its power consumption. But given the uncertainty about the expected load, and the probability that an unplanned power unit will exit, it s always possible to strike a balance between production and consumption and compromising network security. In the restored power system, the goal of the operator is to reduce the consumption during peak hours. In this review, simultaneously the load response program, along with the installation of the power plants on a 3bus test system, has been implemented.
