چکیده مقاله:
Sweet cherry (Prunus Avium L.) is almost the first tree product that is marketed every year before other products. Therefore, sweet cherry has a special economic importance among horticultural products. Since the sweet cherry fruiting season is very short, it costs less than other fruits in the temperate region. Iran, with production about 200,000 tons of sweet cherry per year, is one of the largest sweet cherry producers in the world. Due to lack of mechanization after harvest, sweet cherry waste is high in Iran.In this research, sweet cherry production in Iran is examined using the SWOT method. The SWOT analysis is a very effective analytical tool used to identify external and internal factors of an organization. Firstly, internal (strengths and weaknesses) and external (opportunities and threats) factors will be studied. In this research, experts have been questioned. The weight of internal and external factors is determined by using fuzzy AHP method. Fuzzy AHP is one of the most widely used multi-criteria decision-making methods. Internal and external factors are compared using fuzzy AHP. Finally, strategies are presented. Four types of strategies are SO, WO, ST, and WT strategies. The results of this research can solve the problems and cause economic growth
