چکیده مقاله:

Enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems constitute one of the most important technological innovations in modern enterprise ERP soft ware package has become a basic business information data processing requirement for todays large and medium organizations. the present study examines a set or factors that influence the adoption of ERP systems. we present a proposed model for ERP adpotion It is contain of two major categories: the intra-organizational and the inter organizational factors.
