چکیده مقاله:

Since 1954, many researchers, researched about the specific charge calculating and its effect on blasting operations way. More than 30 parameters have been used in the above models. Among these parameters, burden, hole depth, spacing, fragmentation size and hole diameter are more important than the others. By investigating most of the presented models, burden parameter is considered as the most important one for calculating the specific charge. In the above study, by investigating the information of the blast operations information in three years in three big copper mines, Sungun, Miduk and Chah-Firouzeh in Iran and investigating 6 types of stones in these three mines, the relation between specific charge and burden parameter was studied. In the meticulous investigation of different types of stone in the above mentioned mines, a second degree polynomial function achieved that shows the relation between specific charge and burden. This function is B= F(SC) that B and SC are on meter and kg over cubic meter respectively. Then by using investigation of achieved extremum points of functions about allowablemaximum and minimum amount of specific charge in each type of stone, the allowable maximum and minimum amount of burden was calculated for exact design of blast pattern
