چکیده مقاله:

IntroductionClinical education plays a fundamental role in strengthening the basic skills and professional abilities of operating room students. Therefore, recognizing the weaknesses in this area is important for promoting this type of education. In the present study, effective factors on clinical education in the operating room .major are investigatedMaterial & MethodsIn this overview, 20 articles from Scopus, PubMed and Google Scholar were reviewed, giving way to : .the final results in the present articleResultsUpon review of articles written on the Iranian situation, factors such as initial lack of clarity of the : goals of learning at the clinical level, lack of coordination of educational and clinical planners, lack of conferences in the clinical environment to increase academic capacity, lack of a positive attitude toward the field in junior and senior years, lack of theoretical background in students, insufficient number of instructors, the fact that a great number of instructors are from proximate fields (i.e. not exactly the operating room nurse), the instructors’ characteristics (excessive fatigue due to multiple tasks), lack of accuracy in instructor allocation, discrimination by university authorities practiced among different majors, existence of unpleasant feelings in the educational environment, concern about the transmission of contagious diseases due to lack of knowledge, problems due to lack of educational and facilitative infrastructure in the clinic, excessive stress in the operating room environment due to intricacy of the job, and problems arising from lack of good interpersonal communication, including the following: failure toobserve individual rights on the part of the staff, the lack of professional ethics in the teaching hospitals in the students and staff, and humiliating behavior from the instructor or other personnel towards the student. .The above-said factors negatively affects the clinical education in the operating room Conclusion According to the present study, it is recommended that the results of the research be presented to the.relevant authorities to promote clinical education and the training of effective staff
