چکیده مقاله:

Introductionthe development of new surgical techniques such as laparoscopy has improved the surgical treatment of patients.surgeons would be wise to explore recent advances in audiovisual technologies as a means of facilitating and enhancing their laparoscopic surgical technique. technological developments in instrumentation, such as lightweight video cameras and powerful light sources, provided the first motivation for theexplosive growth of operative laparoscopic applications in surgery. The development of three-dimensional high-definition laparoscopy is offering the surgeons clearer depth of field and is developed as an alterna- .tive. In this study ،We evaluated 3D laparoscopy in comparison with conventional 2D laparoscopy Material & Methods This integrated review study was conducted with extensive search using the key words of the 3D laparoscopy and2D laparoscopy in the Medline, Pubmed, SID, Magiran, and Google Scholar databases . total of 30 articles published between 1990 and 2018 on the subject, the definition of 3D and2D laparoscop , theoretical dimension of 3D and2D laparoscopy , and its foresight in laparoscopy were studied based on .the content analysis processResults Previous studies have shown that 3D laparoscopy is beneficial for less experienced surgeons. And improved operative times, shortened learning curves, greater surgeon comfort, Reduce performance error and increased patient safety. The most important advantage of using 3D vision systems is to improve depth perception. However 3D Visualization can cause side-effects such as tiredness, dizziness, visualdiscomfort and headache.familiarity with 3D images is important to mitigate adverse effects and maintain- .ing an appropriate distance between the screen and the surgeon also alleviates nausea and ocular fatigue Conclusion Three-dimensional laparoscopic visual systems have been developed to augment laparoscopic skills and offers better depth perception, the incidence rates of post-surgery complications differed very little and The availability of depth perception adds to the ease of surgery
