IntroductionDue to rapid changes of technology and scientific advances in health systems and need for fast planning in health care, entrepreneurial spirit among employers and employees is a crucial element. The hospital industry has a large number of professionals and technology that can cover a key social and economic need in their functions in preserving and restoring the health of the population. Therefore, creating anentrepreneurial culture in health care organizations is highly felt for earning money from the Ministry of .Health budgetMaterial & Methods This study was a systematic review based on valid medical databases including SID, Magiran, Iranmedex Scopus and PubMed. The search was conducted with the keywords of innovation and entrepreneurship. web-based searches were conducted for publications in English between 2008 to 2018. Then, about ..55 out of 310 articles retained through initial screening, that had inclusion criteria were studiedResults Government can generate products resulting from hospital innovation that can access the market. The : hospital must assimilate this reality and transmit it through its way of working to all of the professionals of the center and collaborators or companies which are in mutual interaction. However, there are still gaps in services, policies, and researches in this field that, in turn, have limited our understanding of the supportingneeds and barriers or facilitators of entrepreneurs. The hospital has all the ingredients to generate .multiple types of innovations that are successful in their environment Conclusion Entrepreneurial activities in healthcare can be improved by providing a suitable environment, adjusting reward and encouragement systems, giving more authority to subordinates, promoting awareness and education, and mobilizing managers to attract appropriate opportunities for organization. Governmental public health contains pockets of entrepreneurial activity, but its culture does not sustain significant entre- .preneurial activity
