Cost-Effeciency Evaluation Based on Weight Limitaions of Decision-Makes Unit with Multi-Stage Structure

The pupose of cost-effeciency evaluation is to achieve the highest level of relative efficiency with the lowest cost, although the evaluation of this type of effecincy is influenced by prices or the input rates, which are sometimes accurate, and sometimes inaccurate, and in both modes leads to the limitation of input weights in relative effecincy models. Cost-effeciency plays a significant role in practical applications, and reduces the excessive costs in the organization s performance. Since most of these organizations have multi-stage structure, there should certainly be higher costs, both in the first stage and in the middle stages, that it is applied to the system. So, in order to effeciency of such systems with the lowest cost, this paper examines the cost-effeciency of constant, accurate or inaccurate rates.
