Assessing the ranking and performance of institutions with the DEA \ AHP technique and fixing its defects with the DEA \ AR model

Data envelopment analysis has shown its ability to evaluate the performance of decision-making units and to calculate their relative efficiency in industrial, academic, firm, hospitals and banks. The world around us is fraught with multi-criteria issues, and humans are always forced to make decisions in these areas. Hence, it is necessary to design appropriate techniques or techniques for optimal selection and correct decisionmaking. The hierarchical analysis process is one of these techniques, which, by decomposing difficult and complex problems, turns them into simple solutions and solves them. This method has found many uses in economic and social affairs and has been used in management affairs in recent years. In this paper, DEA \ AHP is presented to determine the weight in AHP and its bugs, and the new DEA \ AR method is used todetermine the weight. At the end, examples are presented in the form of the above techniques
