چکیده مقاله:
Here we present the results of the first study on the high efficiency of ZnO 1-D nanostructures as a new stationary phaser for solid-phase micro extraction (SPME). By using a hydrothermal reaction, ZnO nanorods with a diameter in the range of 70–300 nm and the length of about 500 nm, have been grown on fused silica fibers. The extraction properties of the fiber to 1,4-dichloro-nitrobenzene, Biphenyl and Acenaphtene were examined by using headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) mode coupled to gas chromatography-mass spectrometry detection
(GC-MS). The calibration graphs were linear in a concentration range of 0.1–10000 ng l−1 (R2 > 0.995) with detection limits 0.001ng l−1 for Biphenyl and Acenaphtene and 10 ngl-1 for 1,4-dichloro-nitrobenzene. Single fiber repeatability and fiber-to-fiber reproducibility were less than 7.0 and 11.5%, respectively. The ZnO coating was proved to be very stable at relatively high temperatures (up to 300 oC) with a high extraction capacity and long lifespan (more than 80 times). Good recoveries (91–102%) were obtained while analyzing environmental samples.
