چکیده مقاله:
In this paper, we investigate the stability of periodic solutions in a parametric excited MEMS gyro, so that the system will be able to damp the effects of unwanted perturbations (such as noise). Also, in this regard, it will not experience bifurcation. We employ Floquet theory to examine the stability of this periodic response, for different values of damping, actuation voltage, and imposed external rotation. The results show that the stability of the linear parametric excited system, to a large extent, depends on damping. Consequently, the values of actuation voltage and external rotation are of less importance than damping. We show that in the supposed system with presented values of its parameters, not only bifurcation is hardly occurred, but also the noise and other types of perturbation will fade away at a sufficient rate.
