چکیده مقاله:

The transition metals-catalyzed Suzuki-Miyaura reaction including the arylboronic acids and aryl halides gives a very significant and clean approach for the formation ofa biaryl compound, which creates a partial structure in many of the industrially significant syntheses involving functional polymers, fine chemicals and pharmaceuticals [1-3], because of its demonstrated reliability, its functional group compatibility, and the low cost and ease of handling of a wide variety of commercially available boron-based reagents. It is also the premier cross-coupling process and has been widely applied in organic [2], medicinal and materials chemistry. Herein, we studied a thermal method that provides the efficient and simple preparation of biphenyls from phenylboronic acid and aryl halides derivatives using magnetically recyclable BPMN-Ni complex as heterogeneous catalyst. The surface of silica nanoparticles can be functionalized through 3- iodopropyltriethoxysilane. With vigorously stirring, 400 μL of 3-IPTES and 600 μL ofammonia were added to 10 mL of NiFe2O4@SiO2 MNPs solution suspended in dry toluene. The solution was refluxed for 24 h, filtered and washed subsequently with toluene, dichloromethane, and dried under reduced pressure at 80ºC for 10 h. A mixture of 3-Iodopropyl functionalized MNPs was added to a suspension of K2CO3 (5 mmol) and Malononitrile (5 mmol) in acetonitrile (30 ml). The mixture was refluxed for 48 h.
