Phenanthroline based ionic liquids as a catalyst in the synthesis of 2‑amino-8-oxo-4,8-dihydropyrano[3,2-b]pyran-3-carbonitrile in water

Phosphoric acid as a non-toxic acid is extensively using in the chemical industry such as: food industry, medicine, soldering, cleaning agents and the printing industry [1]. Due to the properties and use of phosphoric acid, the synthesis of a new catalyst based on this acid is great of demand [2]. One of the most important heterocyclic rings, which are presenting in a wide range of compounds, due to thier properties such as anticancer, anti-HIV, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and calcium channel antagonist activity [3, 4].
