E-government Business Models:A bolistic approach

Nowdays internet is going to become an important element of every day life in most countries. Enormous organizations are providing their services online. So citizens expect their governments to have similar services online. On the other side , governments find out the inefficiency of traditional services in digital world. government presence in internet needs innovative models. to design these models, using the successful experiences of businesses is a starting point. this paper presents a conceptual model to show importance of design new business models for government locate business models in Electronic government and categorizing the E-government business models.
