In this paper, employed new techniques and novel methods combination to design a continuous-time common-mode feedback with ultra -low power, ultra-low area, and high accuracy in order to stabilize the desired output dc voltage of a fully differential amplifier. In the proposed circuit, memristor is used for two purposes: the main goal is to reduce consumption power and area, and other is use as common mode detection. Tow PMOS used in subthreshold region, it is the basic idea to achieve ultra-low power CMFB. In fact in employed techniques, the consumption power of the circuit has reduced significantly, while isn’t limited output swing. Also, the area of the circuit is very small and the accuracy of the proposed circuit is very high. To evaluate the efficiency of the proposed CMFB, HSPICE simulation results are provided using a 90 nm BSIM4v4 level 54 mixed-signal CMOS technology, in 3 corners (TT, FF and SS) and different temperatures (27 œ C, 85 œC and -40 œ C) . According to the results (proposed CMFB), power 250 nw, area (without current source) 0.066μm^2 and error of dc output voltage 0. 6708mv.
