Technical-economic comparison of diesel generator and photovoltaic power plant

In this paper, first, a 100 kilowatt photovoltaic power plant was designed and then compared to adiesel generator with the same capacity. From this comparison, the user can choose the type of power plantaccording to the consumer. It is assumed that the industrial consumer is away from the internationalelectricity grid, and for the supply of this energy, two 100 kilowatt diesel generators are used in 8 or 12-hour shifts.
