چکیده مقاله:
Bismuth ferrite (BiFeO3) nanoparticles codoped by Ba and Ni [Bi1-x Bax Fe1-y Niy O3] were prepared by sol–gel method using ethylene glycol as fuel. The BBFNO precursor solutions were prepared using bismuth nitrate [Bi(NO3)3 . 5H2O] , iron nitrate [Fe(NO3)3.9H2O] , nickel nitrate [Ni(NO3)2 . 6H2O] and barium nitrate Ba(NO3) as starting materials. Ba and Ni doped values were 0.1 and 0.05 percent respectively.Characterization of nanoparticles stracture carried out by x-ray diffraction (XRD) which showed rombohedral stracture with R3c space group.Surface morphology and size of particles were studied by using of Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) that particles were 48nm in size. EDAX analysis used inorder to confirm of metals existence in the product.
