چکیده مقاله:
The process of Sol-Gel is used for creating a certain shape of micro porosity ceramic.To pre-forms that can be built this way are called hybrid monolith.Hybrid monolith Gel can be prepared from Sol alkoxide or kollaeid.The main problem in creating hybrid monolith is intensive contraction occurring during the drying Gel.In this study by inventing a specific device and adding mentioned specific compounds causing drying without changing in contraction cracking and disturbing in hybrid monolith.Hybrid monolith construction of bio active glass and using them as frame work of texture engineering can use in repairing larg bone fractures, bonding and artificial plantings because of having porosity structure and penetrating of fundamental cells.They are used because of three important characteristics such as:1)the ability of self-reparing 2)the ability to maintain a blood supplier 3)the ability to reform the structure and features.Prepared hybrid monolith is inhalanted in simulated body fluid(SBF) for 31 days. After 31 days immersion, there is a complete layer of carbonate containing apatite.
