Synthesis and studies of SrFeO3 nanocrystals by co-precipitation method

چکیده مقاله:
The SrFeO3 nanocrystals have been directly fabricated from SrCl2.6H2O and FeCl3.6H2O by co-precipitation. Using metal chloride salts as cation precursors and NAOH solution as the precipitating agent [1]. The morphology, crystalline structure, particle size and size distribution of obtained samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), UV–Vis spectrometer, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy [2]. The XRD showed the synthesized compound to be of orthorhombic structure. The UV–Vis spectrometer approved charge transfer. The SEM showed submicron size of the synthesized compound. The FT-IR spectra confirm the characteristic peaks of SrFeO3 stretching and bending vibrations. Also, the results showed that the effects of the calcination temperature on the structure, particle morphology and magnetic properties.
