چکیده مقاله:
Using chloride precursors, a novel microwave-assisted progress for the preparation of nanocrystalline pure SrFeO3 phase has been developed. Synthesis of SrFeO3 nanocrystals has been achieved with mixing of SrCl2.6H2O, SrFeO3.6H2O, NaOH and surfactant. In this report we describe our efforts at developing methodology for the fabrication of SrFeO3 based microwave-assisted co-precipitation method. Effects of microwave irradiation time and calcination temperature on the phase structure and particle size of the product were also studied. The morphology, crystalline structure, particle size and size distribution of obtained samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), UV–vis spectrometer, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy [2].
