Background and Aim: Men account for about 45-50% of infertility.Infertility in men has several causes that azoospermia is one of thesecauses. For treatment of azoospermia patients, stem cell therapy is a newcandidate method of treatment. Follicular stem cells and spermatogonialstem cells can be induced to differentiate into sperm cells. In thispathway, the genes of the haploid-specific phase should be expressed.The purpose of this study is to evaluate of expression of OAZ3, CLGNgenes differentiated stem cells in sperm production pathway.Methods: In this study, follicular stem cells and spermatogonial wereused. Hair follicle cells were obtained by written consent from fertilizedmen who naturally had a child, and spermatogonial cells were obtainedby satisfying the testicles of biopsy patients. Samples were cultured in alaboratory environment. The expression of these genes was investigatedusing real-time PCR.Results: Stem cells grow in the culture medium. These cells weredifferentiated and altered by induction agents at specific time intervalsand ultimately resembled sperm cells, and these cells express the genes.Conclusion: Stem cells exhibit the ability to convert into sperm-like cellsand can express some genes related to the haploid index.
