چکیده مقاله:
The nanowires have unique mechanical, magnetic, optical and electronic properties,which has therefore been widely used in new technologies. In this research, nanowire cobaltmolybdenumalloy is synthesized by method of electrodeposition in commercial anodic aluminapores template (AAO) with holes of diameter 200 nm. The electrodeposition solution consists of90% molar Co ++ and 10% molar Mo ++ with pH = 5.9, which is synthesized by DCelectrodeposition at voltage of 2.5 volts and takes 15 minutes in template. The elementalpercentage of molybdenum and cobalt in the nanowires is determined by atomic absorptionspectroscopy analysis (AAS), in which molybdenum is synthesized with 25.86% and cobalt with74.14%. Also, the morphology and shape of nanowires in the template was investigated byscanning electron microscopy (SEM).
