Background and objectives: Fortunately, nowadays, with the use of hearing aid devices (hearing aids, cochlear implant) hearing impaired children have the ability to hear speech sounds in order to communicate with the surrounding environment. the approach AVT A family-centered approach that with an emphasis on early intervention, diagnosis, prescribing and providing continuous, real-time assistance equipment, continuous collaboration of evaluate parents with the therapist (trainer, speechtherapiest, Audiologist), circumstances conducive to child makes up it skills Listen, understand, speak and learn to imitate. One of the goals of the AVT ensure having the ability to hear all of that hearing children grow up speaking skills have. this study was targeted on a review of the latest articles published in the this field to review the methods of assessment and Training of the ability to produce speech through hearing in children.Materials and methods: use the keywords of Teaching , Auditory verbal Therapy Approach , hearing loss child , ، parents . to search for electronic resources PubMed , Google scholar , SID was used between 2008 to 2018. A total of 226 articles were the result of this search. After studying the title and abstracts of articles ، 15 studies have been used to write this article.Findings: A variety of techniques for AVT There are including: provide speech through listening, pause and wait for a response, repeat, asking what they heard، emphasis (lip reading, poetry reading), storytelling, encouragement to listen listening skills training, in order to Hearing impaired children s spoken communication. These children can apply through verbal and aural approach-to help coach, parents, brother and sister to these goals.Conclusions: according to resourses ،The goal of AVT Hearing impaired children build capability for independent living in the community, such as natural children. with respect to the results mentioned in relation to the effectiveness of this technique can be used to enhance the ability of hearing impaired children.
