Synthesis, characterization and evaluation of antimicrobial of dihydropyrimidin Fused Pyrrole derivatives

3,4- dihydropyrimidin Fused Pyrrole were prepared in high yields from three-component coupling of alkyl isocyanide and dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates, and dihydropyrimidine derivatives The synthesized compounds were tested for their antibacterial effects against Gram positive and Gram negative The compounds exert moderate to good activity against Gram positive bacteria and their effectiveness is higher against Bacillus subtilis.
