چکیده مقاله:

The graphene was doped by introducing atomized sulfur gas flow as sulfur source and acetylene as carbon source at 800 ºC in chemical vapor deposition on copper foil. SEM, TGA and Raman test were used to investigate the morphology, surface properties and thermal behavior of the synthesized graphene. Herein, A novel, facile and efficient carbocatalyst methodology for the synthesis of 1,5-benzodiazepines prepared by the reaction of chalcone with o-phenylenediamine is described. This method is easy, efficient, environmentally friendly, economical, free of toxic catalysts, and has good yields for the formation of these seven-membered heterocycles.
