After VVC confirmation by sniff test, the patients were allocated into 3 groups. After 10 days, the therapeutic effects were assessed. The data were analyzed by SPSS v. 20 through chi-square,McNemar,Kruskal-Wallis,and Wilcoxon tests. Results: Although a statistically significant difference according to the main clinical symptom (itching) was revealed among the 3 groups (p = 0.00),there was no significant difference between dill seed total extract and essential oil vaginal creams (p= 0.06). Also no significant adverse reactions were reported in the groups (p> 0.05).Conclusion: This study showed this herbal vaginal cream could be used as an alternative anti-mycotic therapy for VVC.
