چکیده مقاله:

Introduction: An antibiotic resistance pattern in each region should be monitored regularly and in the event of a change in the pattern of resistance, make appropriate decisions in prevent resistance. Some strains of Staphylococcus aureus are resistance to methicillin and other beta-lactam drugs . Therefore, treatment of the infection caused by it has many problems and increased incidence of disease, duration and cost of treatment is often unsuccessful.Materials and methods: In this study, 230 samples of reservoir samples were collected during 2018-2017. After the biochemical tests, the presence of mecA gene was investigated by (PCR) method. Results: In this study, there were 50samples of 230 reservoir specimens contaminated with Staphylococcus aureus after (PCR), the mecA gene was found in only three isolates (5.5%).Conclusion: Determine fast and accurately the resistance to methacillin, the discovery of mecA gene in Staphylococcus aureus is very important for timely detection and treatment. Because it is expected With regard to health issues, control of contamination in dairy farms, the prevalence of Staphylococcus aureus, especially of methicillin-resistant strains, is very low. Even low prevalence reported in the present study, many problems will follow because the possibility of transmission and extension of these organisms to other animals, People in close contact with the animals and for the entire human population there.
