WORLD ENERGY AND ENVIRONMET SCENARIOS PRESENT AND FUTURE

World growth of population and expectation for higher standard of living especially in developing countries are a serious challenge for the world energy supply and demand. Synonymous nature the use of fossil fuel (the biggest portion in the basket of energy consumption at present) with the level of environmental pollution and the phenomenon of “Global Warming” are other constraints and challenges in the world.In this talk, different scenarios in the world population growth and their impact on the future basket of energy while considering environmental protection, economic situation, energy availability resources, together with the decision in the last international conference on Global Warming are discussed and remedial ways are addressed.
