Effect of different biological fertilizers on yield of potato cultivars mini-tubers under Aeroponic system

چکیده مقاله:

This study was performed in order to investigate effects of plantlet ages and biological fertilizers on potato cultivars under aeroponic system, in order to reach to the highest number, weight and yield of potato mini-tuber during 2015 in the greenhouse of Ardabil Sabalan Behparvar Company. This experiment was conducted a factorial based on Completely Randomized Design with three replications and three factors. The A factor was including two plantlet ages (30 and 40 days), the B factor including two commercial cultivars of Solanum tuberosum (Agria and Khavaran) and theC factor including two biological fertilizers growth enhancing of plant root [control and two bacteria combine (Azospirillum and Seudomonas)]. The Agria and Khavaran cultivars in biological fertilizer treatments have the highest mini-tuber number per plant and mini-tuber weight. In biological fertilizer treatment, Agria cultivar had the highest mini-tuber weight per plant, plant height and number of main stems per plant.
