One of the challenges that organizations are facing is the issue of employee organizational commitment as well as issues it is their incentive for organizations to spend a lot on recruiting, training and empowering staff every year. Which is considered as human capital and the most basic capital of an organization exit from Serving and leaving the organization and issues related to non-induction imposes significant losses on the organization. In organization employee relations work together on a larger and larger scale. Examining the effectiveness of work a team of employees in their organizational commitment and satisfaction is one of the important research needs.The purpose of this study was to investigate empowerment and teamwork on organizational commitment and mediation of job satisfaction of employees Culture and guidance of Kerman province. The statistical population of this study is the staff of the Department of Culture and Guidance of Kerman province which is 242 people using cochran formula and using simple random sampling method 841 items were obtained. Data collection tool is a questionnaire to measure the teamwork of the Hoagel questionnaire Gmountnan was used to measure empowerment of the spriter empowerment questionnaire to measure Job Satisfaction was compiled from Minnesota Job Satisfaction Questionnaire and standard questionnaire was used to measure organizational commitment Designed by Alan Meier, spss and pls were used to analyze the data. According to the results there is a significant relationship between work teamwork and job satisfaction. Relationship between empowerment and job satisfaction there is significant. There is a meaningful relationship between work teamwork and organizational commitment between job satisfaction and commitment by mediating job satisfaction. Empowerment affects organizational commitment by mediating job satisfaction.
