A COMPARISON OF LIFE EXPECTANCY AND HAPPINESS AMONG THE FEMALE TEACHERS AND HEALTH CARE WORKERS IN THE CITY OF BUKAN IN 2017

The aim of this study is to compare the happiness and life expectancy of female teachers and female staff of the Bukan Health Network. This is an applied and causal-comparative research. As many as 103 female teachers and 144 staff of the Bukan Health Network were selected randomly as the sample. The Oxford Happiness Questionnaire and Schneider s Life Expectancy Questionnaire were used for data collection. The data were analyzed using the independent T-test. The results showed that the female teachers have higher levels of happiness and life expectancy than the female staff of the Bukan Health Network and was significant at 0.01 level
